Chanika Marsh

Chanika Marsh is the Project Director and Counselor for Wahupa Educational Services (Upward Bound), where she has been integral to driving diversity, equity, & inclusion while developing programs to reach optimal potential. She is skilled in program management through curriculum development, mentorship, & academic progression, focusing on process improvements to reach impactful culture enhancements. Through detailed budget & grant management, she has led operational success by developing & leading organizations to drive student success. Her passion is to build equity among low income, first generation college students and student at-promise. In addition, she has been responsible for training staff on cultural sensitivity and was instrumental in creating a supportive organization with policies and procedures that enable staff to address the needs of our students.

Nonprofit Solutions has provided management assistance and training to nonprofits throughout Southern California since 1984.
