Kevin Mayfield has worked in Human Resources and training for over 10 years including at a nonprofit university. He currently is a human resources partner in the high tech industry. Kevin previously worked as a retail general manager responsible for managing a staff of over 20. He now focuses on talent management initiatives such as leader assessment, coaching, succession planning, and new manager training.
Kevin earned his Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (I/O) from National University and his bachelor’s from the University of San Diego. He has his
national professional certifications in human resources (PHR), Talent Development (CPTD), and executive coaching (BCC). He brings an interdisciplinary perspective to
building strong managers by combining HR guidance, interactive training, and collaborative coaching.
